I was in search of a trainer after becoming a serious runner and losing a substantial amount of weight. I realized that my new goal was to be strong, which was more beneficial than being skinny.

After being with Ben for over a year I can say that he has the skills to personalize his training sessions to cater to your upcoming goals. He supports you in you training sessions but also on a personal level knowing, the importance of mental strength being just as important as physical strength. He's got a very caring heart and pushing your limits, but also reminds you that sometimes it's okay to take a break (recovery is important!).

It's very rewarding to train with Ben and I love also seeing him constantly working on improving all aspects of hisself along with the people he surrounds himself with! Ben you are a beast!
