What is the "LT-3 Method"?
"LT" stand for Luyk (Luke) Training, and "3" refers to the 3 pillars of the Luyk Training philosophy: Purposeful, Efficient, Effective.
I am a very "don't waste my time" kind of person, and to that end I like to ensure that I deliver to my clients the same service that I would expect. That means no fluff, no frills, no exorbenent marketing schemes, lies or unrealistic expectations.
This program was developed to service those who are tired of the crap being spouted on social media telling you to drink fit teas and boiled chicken to get yourself in shape. The LT-3 Method aims to provide you the longstanding, science based knowledge that you need to reach your goals and beyond.
Who is this service for?
This program is for the person looking to reach their goals in a no-nonsense way. It's for the person who's tried the "trends" on social media, been duped by misinformation, or otherwise been robbed of their time and energy by focussing on the wrong approach.
The Luyk Training ecosystem is geared towards people who want to maximize their time and effort by doing the right things from day one. Stop spinning your tires. I've been training for 15 years and trust me: I've made the mistakes so that you don't have to. Its taken years of training, multiple mistakes & setbacks, and lots of learning & mentorship to be in a position to share my knowledge and spare you the pain.
I have a physical disability, can this program accommodate me?
The Luyk Training ecosystem is an inclusive space for people of all circumstances and walks of life to learn the tenants of a healthy active lifestyle. This means that regardless of your needs, Luyk Training is here to support you in whatever way and in whatever capacity works best for you.
I have dietary restrictions, can this program accommodate me?
Dietary restrictions do not restrict you from maximizing your physical potential. No one knows the "ins & outs" of your body more than you do; and at Luyk Training we don't pretend to know more. Instead, we listen, absorb, and accommodate based on your needs. The only caveat to dietary restrictions as pertains to physical progress is that certain restrictions can make certain goals more difficult; but you most likely already knew that.
Do I need a gym membership to participate?
The LT-3 Method was developed to serve people of all circumstances. Whether you're in the gym or at home, I've got you covered with training programs that suit your needs.
What kind of training programs do you offer?
The beauty of the Luyk Training Ecosystem is that all programs are created in accordance with the most up-to-date research and science. No "trendy" workouts, no "get-fit-quick" programs. Just the proven, scientific principals of fitness executed well. Whether you're a football player, track athlete, stay-at-home mom, or 9-5 office worker, there is a program for you that will deliver you to your goals.
What happens once I pay?
One you pay, you will be instantly sent a confirmation email. This email contains all of the details about your program, EFT, and booking information! You will also be automatically sent a download link for the LT-3 Mobile App so that you can get to work right away. It's that easy!
Once my program is over, can I keep training with you?
Once your program is over, you will be sent special offers within the LT-3 App in order to further facilitate your training should you want to continue! Luyk Training rewards customer loyalty with bonuses, rewards, and discounts on online training services. This Is about creating a community of likeminded, goal oriented people and I would love you to be a part of that long term!
