What happens once I've paid?

 

Once you've paid, you will promptly be sent a welcome email detailing all of the next steps for starting your program. You will be sent a questionnaire & PAR-Q form, waiver, mobile app download instructions, as well as some other helpful documents to make sure that you are as prepared as possible to make the most of your virtual coaching experience! 

Once you're all set up, next steps are dependant on your selected program. For levels 1-3, you will complete a 1 week food log (don't worry, instructions on how to do this are included), which gives me all the information that I need to formulate your meal plan! Your workout plan, mobility routine (if applicable), supplement list (if applicable), and much more will all be instantly available after you download the app.

I want to purchase a program that doesn't include video chat, can I add it later?

What makes The Work Week different?

 

The Work Week was designed to provide service to those who don't want/require the "high touch" communication provided by levels 1-3. With The Work Week, you receive my personal weekly workouts to your phone, and can complete them at your leisure! You have access to in app chat, scheduling, optional video conferencing and all of the other features offered through the app.

With The Work Week, you do not receive a customized fitness & nutrition plan. This allows me to keep the cost low, and allows you (the client) to commit more long term to the program! As with any other level of programming, should you want to upgrade all you have to do is let me know! Send me a message through the in-app chat and I will upgrade you on your next billing date!

I'm new to the fitness world, is this program for me?

 

Absolutely. In fact, the LT-3 method is probably perfect for you! It is my purpose to provide guidance and support to anyone and everyone who will let me so that they can become the best they can be! If you're concerned about this program being too intense, don't be. The fact of the matter is that science and experience drives the LT-3 philosophy; not ego or bravado.

Whether you've never worked out in your life, or are an experienced gym-goer, I can provide you a program that will enhance your fitness and nutrition approach in a major way! When I say "fully personalized", I mean it! This program was built for you, and regardless of your needs, I'm here for you!

What if I don't like/can't be going to the gym? (COVID19)

 

Great question. The truth of the matter is this: I built this program BECAUSE I couldn't go to the gym! The 2020 COVID19 pandemic is what inspired me to bring my business online and create the LT-3 method. I realized that people were stuck in their homes, unable to hit the gym and do what they could to help their bodies. Likewise, I was stuck at home unable to help my 1:1 clients!

I quickly realized that I needed a better way of communicating with my clients. Bringing my business online was the best way to keep connected with my community, increase the overall value of my services, and serve as many people as possible! Whatever the fitness landscape looks like once this pandemic is over, I've got your back!

This program is for anyone who wants to get better physically & mentally. Whether you can make it to the gym (because thank GOD the pandemic is over lol), or just prefer to work out at home, I got you. Think of the LT-3 method as having your personal trainer in your pocket. I'm always just a text away and here to help you whatever your particular situation might be!

COVID19 Stuff

I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate me?

 

You better believe it! There is absolutely no reason why you can't build muscle and lose fat if you have dietary restrictions. The process might look different for you depending on the restriction (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, lactose, etc.) but regardless of your needs I will do my best to accommodate and support you!

Do you offer in-person training sessions?

 

In person & house call training sessions are available by request under certain circumstances! If you have an inquiry about either of these services, simply leave me a message using the form at the bottom of the page. Make sure you include a detailed description of your request along with your contact information!

What does "LT-3" stand for?

 

"LT" stands for Luyk Training. Luyk is dutch and is my mothers maiden name. I named my business as an homage to her! The "3" refers to the 3 pillars of the Luyk Training philosophy: Purpose, Efficiency, and Effectiveness.
